The Company
has developed

Bolger, MD and is 18 months from launching
its initial
application of a new technology for physicians. The company has
received its first patent, and FDA 510k marketing clearance on
the first ever non-invasive continuous brainstem function
monitor that will improve outcomes for neurologically disabled
patients while reducing hospital costs for treatment and
diagnosis by over $6 billion annually. The EyeTect® Tremor Monitor Unit (TMU)
measures ocular micro-tremor (OMT), which has been shown in
published clinical trials to have four market applications.
